SUBMISSION DEADLINES

• Last date for abstract submission (Paper Presentation, 200–250 words) - 15th August

• Last date for abstract submission (Poster Presentation only, 300 words) - 15th September

• Last date for full Paper Presentation submission (3000 words) - 30th September

1. Submission are only accepted over e-mail to hello@indianmentalhealthsummit.org.

2. The manuscript needs to be prepared electronically in MS Word (.doc, .docx) then sent via email.

3. The submission should be in the English language.

4. Referencing and Citation must be according to APA 7th Edition.

5. Do not type authors' names and affiliations for the sake of blind peer review.

6. The author’s names and affiliations should be submitted completely during the paper submission, and they cannot be changed after paper acceptance.

7. After final selection, the presenters will be asked to submit the final doc in pdf format.

8. Full length manuscript length [in MS Word Only] should not exceed more than 3000 words tentatively 15 typed pages total (including cover page, abstract, text, references, tables, and figures), with appropriate margins (at least 1 inch) on all sides and a standard font (e.g. Times New Roman) of 12 points ( not smaller).

9. The entire manuscript (text, references, tables etc) must be double spaced.

10. The text of observational and experimental study should be divided into following sections:

    • Title of the Paper

    • Name of the Author(s)

    • Abstract

    • Introduction

    • Method

      • Aims/Objectives

      • Hypothesis

      • Source of population and selection criteria

      • Participants

      • Tools and techniques used

      • Results

      • Discussion and References

Please Note:

There are no separate Submission Fees. Submission is combined with registration for the conference.

Submission does not guarantee acceptance, all papers will be reviewed for merit and relevance.
