• Poster Abstracts (300 words) - August 31st
• Full Paper Abstracts (200–250 words) - August 1st
• Full Papers (3000 words) - September 15th
Manuscript Format Guidelines
1. Full length manuscript length [in MS Word Only] should not exceed more than 3000 words tentatively 15 typed pages total (including cover page, abstract, text, references, tables, and figures),
with appropriate margins (at least 1") on all sides and a standard font- Times New Roman, 12.
2. The entire manuscript (text, references, tables etc) must be double spaced.
3. The text of observational and experimental study should be divided into following sections:
Title of the Paper, Name of the Author (s), Abstract, Introduction, Method, Results, Discussion and References.
4. Manuscript should be prepared in the following format:
Cover Page / Title Page (Page 1) should consist of Title of the Article, name of the author (s) / corresponding author (s), institutional affiliation, telephone / mobile number, email addresses. It should also consist of the source of support, if any, received in any form (grant, equipment, drugs etc.) and word count, number of tables, figures used in the article.
Page 2 - Abstract (including 4-6 key words). 200-250 words.
Abstract must communicate the glimpse of the study. A brief about the purpose of the study, description of the data (e.g. N, age, sex, SES. etc) briefly procedure, tools used, statistical procedure, etc. and results.

Guidelines to be followed:

Please prepare your manuscript in MS Word format (.doc or .docx) and upload it through Google Form.

The paper should be written in English.

Use APA 7th Edition style for all references, citations and headings (at all levels).

Do not include your name or affiliation in the manuscript. this is to ensure a fair, blind peer review.

You will be asked to provide your name and affiliation during submission, and these cannot be changed after your paper is accepted.

If your paper is selected, we will request a final PDF version of your document before the presentation.

Submitting your paper does not include entry to the event. A separate event ticket is required to attend and present at the summit. Authors who have paid the submission fee will be eligible for discounted tickets.

Submission does not guarantee acceptance, all papers will be reviewed for merit and relevance. The submission fee is non-refundable, regardless of the outcome.
FAQs
1. Will selected participants be presenting their papers in person at the summit in Mumbai?
Yes, the presentation will be a part of the IMHS event.
2. Accomodation and Stay for the full paper presentation participants?
Yes, details will be shared later. This is applicable only for outstation participants.
3. Publication or proceedings in a Journal of the Presented Research Papers?
We are working on registering IMHS as a publication journal platform, and the selected papers to be presented at IMHS will be published on the same.
4. Are there any student discounts or fee waivers available?
Yes, please check the ticket link.
5. What does the registration fee include (meals, kits, certificates, etc.)?
The registration fee includes 3 meals on both days (Breakfast, Lunch, and High tea), exclusive sponsor hampers, participation certificates, brochures from leading mental health organizations, and some exciting surprise goodies to take home!
6. What is the expected duration for oral/poster presentations?
A paper presenter gets 10+2 minutes to present their research, followed by 5 minutes of Q&A by the panel and audience.
7. Is there an additional fee for publication?
There is no additional fee for the publication at IMHS journal.
8. Will local transportation be arranged between the venue and the accommodation?
The local transport (Metro, trains, Autos and cabs) in Mumbai is accessible in all areas and easy to understand. The organisers will provide a transport guide on how to reach the venue; however, no specific transport will be arranged solely for the event.
9. Will participation/presentation certificates be provided?
Yes, all attendees and participants of IMHS will receive a certificate.
10. Who can I contact in case of any last-minute queries or emergencies?
You can write us an email and we will get back to you within 24-48 hours.
11. Is there a WhatsApp/Telegram/Email group for updates?
IMHS LinkedIn Page, Instagram page and website are the primary sources for any updates about the IMHS 3.0 event.
